Job Responsibilities: Perform maintenance work on all district schools, including carpentry, minor alterations, repairs, and installations such as doors, windows, walkways, fences, and roofs. All duties assigned.

Experience: HVAC experience required.

Education: Equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade (High School Diploma required).

Licensure: Possession of, or ability to obtain a valid New Mexico driver’s license. All applicants must upload a copy of their High School Diploma or equivalency.

Working Environment: On-site attendance is mandatory. Environment includes office, shop, school environment, travel between sites, airborne particles, vibration, and outdoor weather conditions.

Physical Conditions: May require moderate to heavy lifting, reaching, climbing, crawling, sitting, kneeling, standing, walking, operating motor vehicles, and subject to random drug testing.
