SLS is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent interested in international travel to join a fast-growing and dynamic Federal Division that is pursuing civil infrastructure opportunities across the Indo-Pacific Region with federal clients such as NAVFAC, USACE, and AFCEC.

• Manage all construction efforts of subcontractors and self-performing crews to ensure safety, quality, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager or Project Executive and client representatives.
• Maintain client relationships and protect company interests.
• Manage construction operations in line with the project budget and specifications.
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Oversee subcontractors, self-performing crews, and site logistics.
• Supervise Field Superintendents and coordinate with design teams for urgent issues.
• Prepare and deliver construction updates, reports, and conduct regular meetings.
• Uphold professionalism and respect on site.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Minimum 10+ years as Superintendent or Construction Manager on civil infrastructure projects >$10M.
• Degree in construction or engineering preferred.
• OSHA 30-hour & EM 385-1-1 certifications preferred.
• Experience with federal projects (DOD/USACE/NAVFAC) preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office; fluent English; ability to pass background/security checks;
  Security Clearance preferred.

• Manual dexterity, visual, auditory acuity.
• Repetitive motions, sitting, standing, lifting up to 15 pounds.
