Guest Port Services Agent - Galveston Cruise Terminal

We are HIRING enthusiastic, fun, and positive people to join our Texas team on Saturday’s and Sunday’s as Guest Port Services Agents, assisting with the cruise passengers' check-in process at the Port of Galveston. We are hiring for positions working with our clients Princess and Carnival Cruises!

Who are we? MLSBCC provides shoreside services for cruise ships in the USA.

• Must be able to work every Sunday with Princess (now – March 2026) AND Saturday's (working with Carnival Cruises).
• Must be able to work with computers, laptops, smart phones, and various electronic devices.
• Must be professionally groomed with a passion for providing high-level customer service with a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
• Fluent in speaking, reading and writing in the English language.
• All applicants must pass a background screening and drug test.
• All positions are standing positions - all employees must be able to stand and/or walk for long period of time during an entire shift.
• Able to take direction well, adjust to fast-paced and ever changing environment.
• Ability to work in crowded spaces.
