We are currently looking for a Guest Service Representative that will manage guest experiences by handling check-ins/check-outs, processing payments, and addressing inquiries with a professional, friendly demeanor . They act as the primary point of contact, ensuring guest satisfaction while coordinating with housekeeping and maintaining lobby cleanliness. Key responsibilities include managing reservations, assigning rooms, and resolving complaints.
Requirements- Guest Services:Welcome guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services, rates, and local attractions.
- Administrative & Financial:Answer phone calls, manage online/telephone reservations, process credit card payments, and maintain accurate room records.
- Problem Resolution:Address guest complaints, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Operational Support:Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room availability, maintain lobby cleanliness, and potentially handle concierge services.
Skills and Qualifications
- Customer Service:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in hotel property management software, preferably Choice Advantage experience and basic computer skills. - Shift Work: Flexible - part time/full time both available.
- Attributes:Calm under pressure, strong problem-solving, and professional appearance.
- Experience:High school diploma required; at least 1-2 years of previous hospitality experience at the front desk is preferred.
