Broadway Dental is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our fast-paced, patient-focused practice. We are a modern dental office offering a full range of services including restorative, cosmetic, Invisalign, and implant dentistry
, and we pride ourselves on delivering a high-quality patient experience.
This role is ideal for a motivated assistant who enjoys staying busy, supporting a productive schedule, and working closely with a collaborative team.
ScheduleMonday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities- Assist the doctor chairside during a variety of procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Take digital X-rays and impressions
- Assist with procedures including crowns, fillings, Invisalign, implants, and cosmetic treatments
- Maintain accurate patient charting and documentation
- Provide post-operative instructions and patient education
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols
- Active Texas RDA license
- Experience with digital X-rays and chairside assisting
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
