HJ Staffing is hiring a Physician
- Locum to provide primary care services at a correctional facility. This is a consistent weekday role with no weekends and an opportunity to make an impact in correctional healthcare.
- Provide primary and urgent care to incarcerated patients.
- Perform exams, diagnose, prescribe, and manage patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records per regulations.
- Collaborate with nursing, mental health, and support staff
- MD or DO from an accredited institution.
- Active Texas medical license (unrestricted).
- Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Correctional Medicine.
- Current DEA registration.
- 2+ years of clinical experience preferred; correctional health experience a plus.
