Research Coordinator (Sealy Center On Aging - Galveston)
The University of Texas Medical Branch is looking for a Research Coordinator to support university, community, and research programs at the Sealy Center on Aging.
Responsibilities- Assist in the coordination and monitoring of all research activities.
- Perform data analysis and data management for manuscript and report of research findings.
- Prepare report summaries, protocols, and conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses.
- Assist the Principal Investigator with grant proposal preparation and submission, and budget development.
- Prepare IRB documents and assist with IRB stipulations to obtain final approval.
- Document IRB and contract approval.
- Maintain and monitor source documentation for publications and sponsor requirements.
- Support research collaborators and visitors on various studies and projects.
- Participate in manuscript writing and the presentation of research findings.
- Attend and participate in investigator meetings and workshops.
- Adhere to internal controls and reporting structure.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; no experience required.
Salary RangeCommensurate with experience: $43,120 - $53,900.
