Job DescriptionTo provide technical skills in performing laboratory experiments and procedures.
Job Duties- Under direct supervision, performs routine, detailed technical laboratory tasks as prescribed by the assigned experiment.
- Prepares a variety of chemicals, solutions, and reagents based on defined laboratory procedures.
- Assists in performing routine chemical and/or biological analyses.
- Assembles and operates laboratory apparatus and equipment as defined by appropriate guidelines.
- Conducts routine experiments under direct supervision.
- Assists with the preparation of laboratory reports using scientific data from experiments.
- Cleans equipment and work areas.
- Adheres to internal controls established for department.
- Performs related duties as required.
