Human Resources Coordinator –
San Luis Resort, Spa and Conference Center

The San Luis Resort is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator who will organize and coordinate a variety of HR programs and assist colleagues with HR related tasks and questions.

• Respond to internal and external Human Resources related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
• Redirect Human Resources related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team
• Assist with all facets of Human Resources operation including recruitment, training and basic information of benefits
• Assist with new‑hire procedures, including organizing employee orientation, creating new employee files, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is properly completed
• Assist with organizing and executing employee events and celebrations
• Responsible for resort wide communication: prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations and other documents as needed
• Complete administrative duties including ordering office supplies, creation of flyers, managing and maintaining files, records and databases

• High school diploma required, college degree preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office products required
• Previous hotel experience preferred
• Physical demands: sedentary work – exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
