The IT Systems Administrator Support Specialist role focuses on day‑to‑day support for a multi‑geographically distributed organization. Delivering level 1 and level 2 technical support to all personnel and supporting IT initiatives, goals, and strategies. The role is heavily focused on device and OS deployment, patches, maintenance, policies, and inventory. Candidates may be required to serve beyond regular hours to support 24/7 operations during critical or planned outages.

• Provide level 1 and level 2 technical support to personnel across multiple locations.
• Deploy, maintain, and patch devices and operating systems.
• Manage inventory and enforce policies for device usage.
• Support IT and organizational initiatives, goals, and strategies.
• Collaborate with the 24/7 operations team during critical or planned outages.

• Experience in IT systems administration and support.
• Strong knowledge of device and OS deployment and patch management.
• Ability to work beyond standard hours for critical support.
