The selected Senior Proposal Manager will be a key addition to the capture team tasked with sustaining and growing a backlog of multimillion dollar design-build infrastructure projects. This position will represent the Prime Contractor, supporting clients including USACE, NAVFAC, and other federal entities. Prior experience as a Proposal Manager for high cost federal construction projects including civil and vertical scope is required for serious consideration.

• Provide positive and effective oversight of junior proposal team members assigned to projects to ensure proper support in active pursuits.
• Perform internal/external audits to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Effective networking to proactively identify upcoming RFP and pursuit opportunities.
• Make recommendations to improve efficiency, and champion software and technology solutions.
• Monitor the Division’s backlog of pursuits to ensure capture team alignment with company growth projections and targets.
• Maintain and update database of relevant proposal resources and historical data.
• Proactively identify training gaps with personnel, ensuring that they gain access to proper resources and supplemental training to maximize career growth potential.
• Assist in the development of a strategic growth plan for the division.

• 7+ years of experience with federal construction proposals demonstrating a progressive increase in responsibilities
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Marketing or related discipline from an accredited institution
• Familiarity with InDesign and similar software
• Experience in a proposal writing capacity on design-build federal construction projects exceeding $50M
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, legal, and finance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective people management skills including the ability to delegate
• Ability to manage and prioritize competing deadlines to ensure that project milestones are achieved
• Prior experience with pursuits both CONUS and OCONUS is preferred
