* Job Summary:

* Provides senior-level managerial oversight to a department or division regarding planning, fiscal activities, business operations, and/or administrative functions.

* Job Duties:

*
* + Manages and maintains responsibility for the planning, development, fiscal activities and operation of business and administrative functions, including departmental or program operating policies and procedures.

+ Supervises the recruitment of all staff and support personnel.

+ Plans, develops, integrates, and manages all business and administrative support systems.

+ Prepares, justifies, and controls budgets.

+ Administers grant and contract management activities.

+ Manages space planning, renovation, and allocation.

+ Responsible for strategic and tactical planning.

+ Serves as chief departmental liaison with business, hospital, and academic administration.

+ Identifies appropriate internal controls for the department; provides mechanisms to monitor and enforce compliance.

+ Performs related duties as required.

* Work Schedule:

* On-site League City Campus, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and as needed on occasion.
