Overview

Food Expeditor – As a Food Expeditor, you will play an essential role in ensuring food items are prepared and plated accurately, efficiently and of the highest quality.

• Communicate orders and information between the front of house and back of house, ensuring food is cooked in the right order, quickly, and presented to the guest in a timely manner.
• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service while cleaning and setting tables and assisting in delivering quality service to guests.
• Maintain excellence in guest satisfaction through a positive attitude and commitment to service.

• Minimum of one year of experience in food-service; on-the-job training is provided.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of banquet service protocols, event logistics, and catering operations.
