We continue to grow and are seeking a solution-oriented and customer-focused Pool Maintenance and Repair Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for providing excellent on-site pool cleaning and pool maintenance services to each customer they are assigned. The ideal candidate will love working outdoors, be a self-starter who can work independently with minimal oversight, and embody the concept of delivering resort-quality service.

• Manage a swimming pool route that includes cleaning pools each week and manage a daily schedule of equipment repair tasks.
• Stock and manage chemicals on the truck and properly adjust water chemistry for each pool weekly.
• Repair of pool pumps, heaters, filters, timers, pool cleaners, blowers, lights, automated pool systems, chlorinators, backwash valves, PVC plumbing, copper plumbing, and galvanized plumbing.
• Knowledge of 110 volt and 220 volt electrical equipment (preferred, not required).
• Manage an inventory of equipment on the truck and replenish the inventory when needed.
• Utilize a smartphone for our Pool Ops mobile platform.
• Spot opportunities outside of the repair call to upgrade other equipment or enhance the customer experience with additional products.
• Renovation experience – Re-plaster or equivalent (e.g., Pebble Tech®), tile replacement/repair, deck texture/seal, pavers install/repair (preferred, not required).

Requirements for this position are that you have:

• a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record;
• the ability to lift up to 100 lbs; and
• no other specific experience is required as we will teach ASP methods to provide superior value and maximize earning potential; however, a high school degree and Certified Pool Operator license is preferred.

This position has the potential to earn an annual bonus when specific gross revenue goals are met for the year. A company truck will be provided which you keep fully stocked with tools and inventory. Paid vacation time is provided following a qualifying period.

Compensation: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
