This key role at Adventure Sales & Service involves overseeing diverse financial responsibilities in a fast-paced powersports environment. You will maintain tight internal controls and effective inventory financing, collaborating closely with the General Manager. With your expertise in accounting, you'll generate monthly financial statements and conduct critical margin analyses to enhance performance across Sales, Parts, and Service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile monthly floor plan statements for lenders and manufacturers

• Track unit margins ensuring compliance with 'Paid-When-Sold'

• Prepare financial statements according to manufacturer guidelines

• Monitor seasonal cash flow cycles effectively

• Streamline processes for seamless bank funding

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

• 5+ years of dealership accounting experience preferred

• Proficient in Powersports Management Systems

• Experience in full month-end close process

• Strong multi-line OEM accounting skills
