Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Strata Jazz Decision Support and Cost Accounting systems
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements for services and physician practices
• Analyze profitability, expenses, and reimbursement metrics
• Develop financial feasibility studies for strategic initiatives
• Train management on financial decision support tools
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• Minimum 10 years in healthcare finance or decision support
• Hands-on experience with STRATA or Strata Jazz software
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Experience in presenting financial data to senior leaders
