IQ Resource Group is hiring Packaging Associates in Greenville, WI, with compensation ranging from $17.50-$19/hour. Shifts are flexible to suit your schedule!
This role involves assisting with the packaging process by removing finished rolls from the press machine, boxing them up, and stacking pallets. This is a hands-on position that emphasizes safety and productivity standards while enabling you to develop your skills in packaging operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist machine operators during the packaging process
• Safely box finished rolls for distribution
• Tape and prepare boxes for palletizing
• Move full pallets using a pallet jack
• Follow quality control instructions and tests
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent necessary
• Prior experience in packaging is required
• Must lift boxes weighing up to 40 lbs
• Adhere to safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to learn and apply company guidelines
