Weekend Equipment Operator

Neenah, WI

$20 an hour

5:00am to 5:00pm Mon-Wed & every other Thursday

• Perform production operations which may include saw operation, CNC bending, brazing, and related tasks
• Prepare and assemble materials for assigned parts in accordance with production schedules and work instructions
• Accurately complete inspection records and required production documentation
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment while following all safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
• Adhere to all quality standards, inspection requirements, and work instructions
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals, customer requirements, and delivery deadlines
• Identify product or process nonconformances and follow established ISO procedures to resolve and document issues
• Participate in ongoing training and demonstrate compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
• Cross-train in multiple production areas as needed to support workflow and coverage
• Perform additional duties as assigned to meet company, customer, and regulatory requirements

• Experience or ability to operate production equipment such as saws, crimpers, CNC machinery, and forklifts
• Willingness to learn new processes and follow established procedures
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions, drawings, and documentation
• Ability to safely lift up to 30 lbs. using proper lifting techniques
• Basic math skills and the ability to accurately use tape measures and digital calipers
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
