Location: Appleton
Kickstart your manufacturing career as an Extrusion Assistant with Amcor! This role requires support in Coater and Blown Film operations across a dynamic 12-hour shift schedule.
In this essential position, you'll assist with machine setup, handle production runs, and support shutdowns while ensuring a safe and efficient manufacturing environment. Amcor is seeking candidates committed to quality and teamwork. You will also promote a safety-first culture and assist with inventory management, packaging, and maintaining cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in machine setup and production changeovers
• Operate Coater and Blown Film machines as needed
• Maintain resin box inventory for production support
• Package mill rolls and manage scrap effectively
• Perform housekeeping and maintain a tidy work environment
Requirements:
• Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule
• Basic computer and measurement skills
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred
