Become an essential part of our team as a Warehouse and Inventory Specialist based in Neenah, WI. This hands-on role blends inventory management with forklift operation and material handling.
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented specialist to manage shipping, receiving, and inventory within the facility. You will perform physical inventory reconciliations, track inventory records, and investigate discrepancies. Comfort with computers and inventory systems is required to optimize inventory control efficiently every day.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Enter and update inventory using ERP systems
• Operate a forklift to transport materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1-3 years of warehouse or inventory experience
• Forklift certification or license required
• Basic computer skills, especially in Excel
• Ability to lift 30-50 pounds repeatedly
