- Use specialized software such as Bentley Micro Station and aSa Rebar
- Calculate and determine reinforcement requirements by considering construction sequence, formwork plans, and on‑site conditions.
- Follow established guidelines, standards, and procedures
- Assess all contract requirements for a project
- Balance multiple projects and deadlines
- Work closely with estimators, project managers, and field teams
- Perform additional duties as required
- Post‑secondary education from a civil focused technical CAD program is considered an asset
- Comfortable learning new software and digital tools
- Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
- Familiarity with concrete construction practices
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, and One Note.
