Join Hype Events as a full-time Customer Service Representative in Midtown, Toronto.
This role offers a chance to help customers directly while building long-term expertise in customer service.
Hype Events seeks a friendly and motivated individual for their support team. You will respond to inquiries through multiple channels including phone, email, and online chat. With full training provided, prior experience isn’t necessary—just a positive attitude and a willingness to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide timely and accurate information to resolve issues
• Maintain detailed customer interaction records
