The Town of Tisdale - Northeast Newcomers Services is looking for an Employment Coordinator.

• Assist newcomers in job searching, including resume building and interview preparation.
• Build relationships with local employers to create job opportunities.
• Provide career counselling and employment workshops.
• Support clients in navigating workplace culture and expectations.

• Undergraduate degree (preferably in one of the following areas:
  Commerce, Education, English Language Arts, International Studies, Indigenous Studies, Women and Gender Studies, Social Work or Psychology).
• 1-2 years experience in the non-profit sector (preferably related to newcomers).
• Equivalent combination of education and work-related experience will be considered.
• Criminal record check (vulnerable sector included).
• Class 5 drivers license.
• Access to a vehicle.
