The successful candidate will retain a 1.0 FTE (100%)
permanent Basic French teaching position at Shevchenko School. Shevchenko is a Kindergarten‑Grade 12 school with about 305 students located in Vita, Manitoba. This permanent position will commence for the 2026/2027 school year. Subjects to be taught include, but not limited to: grade 4 – 12 Basic French, middle/senior years course(s) selected based on the strength of the candidate. The ability to work collaboratively with other teachers, support staff and students is essential.
Qualifications and
Experience:
- Must hold a valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate
- Preference will be given to a teacher with related teaching experience
Salary and Benefits:
The compensation package for this position is in accordance with the 2022‑2026 Provincial Teachers’ Collective Agreement between Manitoba School Boards Association and Manitoba Teachers’ Society.
