Job Description

Collaborated with the engineering team to support manufacturing and product development projects, including 3D modelling, assembly reviews, and engineering design improvements.

Created and maintained Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure accurate material planning, inventory control, and assembly configurations.

Assisted in the development, review, and validation of engineering drawings, parts lists, and manufacturing documentation.

Utilized CATIA V5 and CATIA 3

DEXPERIENCE for part design, assembly modelling, wireframe and surface design, and CAD data management.

Performed CAD data conversion and migration activities from CATIA V4 to CATIA V5 platforms.

Supported prototype development and manufacturing operations by operating CNC machines and assisting with machining processes.

Conducted parts analysis and verification to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and manufacturing requirements.

Assisted with process improvement initiatives by identifying design and production issues and providing technical feedback to engineering teams.

Prepared and updated technical documentation related to manufacturing processes, engineering changes, and product assemblies.

Supported production and engineering teams in troubleshooting assembly and manufacturing issues to improve efficiency and product quality.
