Position: Join s Advanced Care Paramedic Team
Join the healthcare team as an Advanced Care Paramedic at James Paton Memorial Regional Health Centre in Gander. This full-time role requires expertise in emergency and medical care.

Working within the Central Zone, you will support the Virtual ER initiative by delivering essential medical care in pre-hospital and healthcare facility settings. This role involves leading response teams and mentoring students in the paramedicine program while focusing on safe, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional emergency medical care effectively

• Conduct thorough physical exams and assessments

• Collaborate with medical teams in the Emergency Department

• Lead and mentor upcoming paramedics in training

• Promote safety measures and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited Advanced Care Paramedic program

• Current certification in BLS and registration as an ACP

• Valid Class 4 Driver's License for emergency response

• Strong communication and decision-making skills

• Successful physical capability assessment completion
