You'll assess patients, collaborate on treatment plans, and monitor progress, actively contributing to the rehabilitation journey. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement rehabilitation treatment plans

• Perform thorough patient assessments and evaluations

• Adjust treatment strategies based on patient progress

• Engage in case conferences for skill enhancement

• Document evaluations and treatment in medical records

Requirements:

• Current state practice license

• Required Controlled Substance and DEA licenses

• Certification from NCCPA

• Interest in rehabilitative care and Physiatry

• Experience in Orthopedics or Skilled Nursing is a plus
