About the RoleWe are looking for a hands‑on, tech‑savvy Asana Solutions Consultant with a strong background in SaaS product implementation and solution development. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, loves building customized solutions on modern SaaS platforms, and wants to be at the forefront of transforming how organizations work.
You will lead and own Asana implementations from solution design through to go‑live - working directly with clients to understand their pain points and designing effective work management systems that truly make a difference. You are not just configuring software - you are solving real problems and shaping smarter workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Own Asana implementations end‑to‑end, from discovery to deployment, ensuring scalable, efficient, and tailored configurations for each client.
- Conduct deep‑dive requirements gathering sessions to understand client pain points and translate them into high‑impact Asana solutions.
- Design, configure, and test customized workflows, automations, and integrations in Asana (and supporting tools).
- Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and the Asana technical services team to define and build optimal solutions.
- Deliver onboarding, enablement, and training that empowers teams to adopt Asana successfully.
- Actively contribute to solution playbooks, reusable assets, and internal tools to improve delivery efficiency and consistency.
- Support pre‑sales conversations by demonstrating Asana solutioning capabilities and presenting tailored use cases.
- Participate in thought leadership activities such as knowledge‑sharing sessions, blog posts, or webinars to grow our brand in the work management space.
- 3 - 6 years of experience in SaaS implementation or solution consulting - ideally with a focus on productivity, project management, or collaboration platforms.
- Proven track record of owning and leading SaaS platform implementations (Asana, , Trello, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
- Hands‑on experience configuring and optimizing tools like Asana (advanced rules, workflows, integrations, reporting).
- Naturally curious, self‑driven, and excited about driving impact through smarter work management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
