Auto / ICBC Insurance Advisor – Multiple Locations (Lower Mainland, BC) AMC Insurance Brokers Salary

CA $23.00 – CA $29.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Plus commission / incentive structure for top performance

• Handle all ICBC / Autoplan transactions: new policies, renewals, endorsements, cancellations
• Use ICBC’s Policy Center for batching and adjustments
• Recommend insurance options tailored to client needs
• Meet and exceed branch / personal sales targets
• Maintain client files and documentation accurately
• Stay current with ICBC rules, industry changes, and compliance
• Collaborate with the team to streamline processes

• BC Level 1 General Insurance License (Level 2 preferred or in progress)
• At least 6 months of hands‑on experience in ICBC / Autoplan
• Comfortable navigating Policy Center, batching, endorsements
• Strong communication, sales orientation, and customer service skills
• Detail‑oriented and adaptable
• Additional asset: bilingual (English + another language), personal lines or commercial insurance experience
