Location: Appleton
Become a vital part of the team at IQ Resource Group as a Packaging Machine Operator in Neenah, WI, starting at $20.45 per hour. This role requires keen attention to detail and mechanical skills.
As a Packaging Machine Operator, you will operate machines and ensure they run at target production levels. This position is Monday to Friday from 6am to 4:30pm, and involves working closely with other operators to maintain efficient workflows and quality output.
Key Responsibilities:
• Integrate and operate packaging machinery
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Ensure correct setup and adjustments for orders
• Regularly monitor product quality
• Maintain safety protocols in the workplace
Requirements:
• Minimum high school diploma or GED
• Relevant experience of 1-3 months preferred
• Mechanical aptitude for machine handling
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Strong observational skills for quality checks
