Position: Amcor Marketing Leadership Role

Take charge of marketing at Amcor, leading strategic initiatives that drive sales and innovation in flexible packaging. Your expertise will directly impact P&L and customer relationships.
This Director position reports to the VP and entails managing core business operations in Amcor Flexibles North America. You will set commercial strategies, negotiate with key customers, and develop your team to enhance performance. Your proactive approach will shape marketing processes vital for sustaining client growth and company success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement commercial strategies for profitability

• Manage P&L and pricing strategy execution

• Guide R&D prioritization for balanced innovation

• Cultivate relationships and negotiate with key accounts

• Direct marketing initiatives and processes for trade shows
Requirements:

• At least 15 years of experience in Flexible Packaging

• Prior experience in a Director role is preferred

• Degree in Marketing or similar field required

• An MBA is an advantage for higher strategic impact

• Strong insight into industry trends and competitive landscape
