Key Responsibilities:

• Follow care plans to assist clients effectively

• Administer medications according to company policy

• Ensure accurate and complete health documentation

• Provide care in clients’ homes and local hospitals

• Participate in rotational shifts and potential on-call duties

Requirements:

• Valid Certificate of Conduct and Vulnerable Sector Check

• Current CPR and First Aid certifications

• Immunizations in accordance with medical guidelines

• Valid driver’s license with a dependable vehicle

• Strong command of English;
French proficiency is valued
