Position: Nurse Practitioner for All Ages Care
Enhance primary healthcare as a Nurse Practitioner in the scenic Western Zone of Newfoundland. This role is vital in providing medical care across various rural clinics.

Your responsibilities will include delivering primary care services with a focus on all age groups, managing both in-person and virtual consultations. Located at FCT PAB, this position requires collaboration with a health team to ensure comprehensive and effective patient care. Strong written and oral communication skills will facilitate successful interactions within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-person and virtual primary health services

• Assist in outreach support for the Stephenville Bay Family Care Team

• Build and maintain collaborative relationships within the team

• Provide care to rural clinics and personal care homes

• Travel as necessary to fulfill job requirements

Requirements:

• Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses

• Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner is mandatory

• Experience in independent practice with minimal supervision

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Commitment to a satisfactory work performance record
