AboutThe Role
Match Retail is a leading provider of essential merchandising services across Canada, supporting major retailers and top brands by bringing new product launches to life. Our Merchandising Team visits stores to update product sections, ensuring the latest innovations are perfectly presented. We work with our clients, including Nespresso, and service major retailers.

- Ensure shelf presence of all SKU’s listed by point of sale (POS)
- Install and tear down promotional signage in POS according to national plan
- Ensure negotiated footprint is respected
- Manage machine stock in stores to ensure assortment/supply and minimize out-of-stocks
- Update expired capsule sampler packs and coffee supply for tasting
- Merchandise display machines and stock per brand guidelines
- Clean and organize the Nespresso area, including machines, displays and tasting station
- Provide comprehensive reporting, including action items and recommendations, on each store visit to the Nespresso team
- Be a Brand Ambassador for Nespresso in all assigned retail stores
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car
- Strong customer focus and ability to foster lasting relationships and convey brand messages
- Good problem solving and time management skills
- Detail‑oriented, reliable, and friendly
- Ability to self‑manage remotely
- Must have access to a smartphone with data to upload pictures and fill out reports
- Some physical labor required (up to 50 lbs)
Step 1:
Qualified candidates complete an initial phone or virtual interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Step 2:
Shortlisted candidates participate in a phone or virtual interview with the Hiring Manager.
Step 3:
Selected candidates attend an in‑person or virtual interview with the Hiring Manager and relevant team members.
We use AI‑assisted tools to screen resumes for key skills and minimum requirements relevant to the role. All results are reviewed by our hiring team to ensure thoughtful and balanced decision making.
