Position: Customer-Focused Keyholder Role
Join Pet Valu in Gander, Newfoundland and Labrador, as a Keyholder dedicated to outstanding customer service and operational support. Play a crucial role in providing the best products for every pet.

As a Keyholder, you'll be an essential figure in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer interactions at Pet Valu. You will handle cashier responsibilities, supervise daily operational tasks, and ensure the store remains organized and presentable. You'll also assist in leadership during the absence of senior staff, helping to achieve daily goals and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate efficient cashier and sales transactions

• Manage orders and organize store documentation

• Stock light items into sales areas and maintain cleanliness

• Help unload deliveries, managing heavy pet supplies

• Effectively open and close the store as needed

Requirements:

• 2+ years retail or customer service experience

• Proficient in POS and cash handling systems

• Friendly demeanor with strong customer engagement skills

• Capability to lift heavy bags up to 50 lbs

• Valid driver’s license may be needed
