• Lead front-end operations and monitor associate coverage
• Resolve customer and associate concerns professionally
• Oversee purchases, returns, exchanges, approvals, and corrections
• Train associates on systems, procedures, and safety requirements
• Prepare registers and complete cash accuracy audits

• Minimum age of 16 or older
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift inventory
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
