Security Guard

Position: Maple Lodge Farms Security Guard
Step up as a Security Guard with Maple Lodge Farms in Brampton, ensuring safety and security in a pivotal role. You will be a protector, serving both employees and visitors during nighttime shifts.

Reporting to the Security Supervisor, this role involves monitoring facility access, responding to security incidents, and preparing detailed reports. You will engage in mobile and foot patrols to maintain safety standards, as well as operate the communication base for effective incident management. A flexible schedule is paramount, as the role requires weekend and holiday availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor facility access and enforce safety regulations

• Investigate security incidents and respond as necessary

• Dispatch and coordinate Security staff’s movements

• Conduct thorough patrols within the facility grounds

• Complete lighting and fence reports regularly

Requirements:

• 1-3 years' experience in a security role

• Ontario Security Guard license is mandatory

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Valid Ontario G Class driver's license required

• Ability to work long shifts, including weekends
