Salesforce Engineer

We are currently looking for a Salesforce Engineer in Canada.

This role is focused on designing, developing, and optimizing complex Salesforce solutions that support large-scale enterprise business processes. The engineer will play a key role in building scalable and high-performance applications across the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration with external systems and alignment with business needs. Operating in a collaborative, distributed environment, the position involves close work with stakeholders, architects, and development teams across multiple regions.

This is a highly impactful position suited for an experienced Salesforce professional who can combine technical depth with strong communication and solution design skills.

• Designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), and Salesforce APIs
• Architecting and customizing Salesforce solutions aligned with complex enterprise business requirements and processes
• Building and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and third‑party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Mule Soft, or other middleware platforms
• Ensuring strong data modeling practices, system performance optimization, and scalable architecture design
• Implementing Salesforce Dev Ops practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and sandbox management strategies
• Collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders, including business teams, architects, and offshore/onshore development teams
• Supporting multi‑cloud implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and additional Salesforce cloud offerings
• Participating in agile development cycles, including sprint planning, estimation, and iterative delivery

This role requires a highly experienced Salesforce professional with strong hands‑on development expertise and deep knowledge of enterprise architecture and integration patterns.

• 10+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and Salesforce APIs
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions for enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and performance tuning
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Mule Soft, or similar middleware tools
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Dev Ops practices, including CI/CD pipelines and version control systems
• Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and at least one additional cloud (Marketing, Experience, or Health Cloud)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in distributed teams
• Experience in multi‑org enterprise Salesforce environments is an asset
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Technical Architect, or equivalent are highly desirable
• Familiarity with Einstein Analytics or Salesforce Data Cloud is considered a plus
