Aircraft Maintenance Engineer at IMP

Join IMP as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to support the Cormorant Helicopter in vital Canadian Search and Rescue operations. Engage in critical inspection and maintenance tasks for aircraft systems.

As an Engineer, you will perform both first and second line maintenance on aircraft and assist ground support operations. This position demands at least 3 years of experience alongside a comprehensive understanding of aircraft systems and maintenance procedures. You will also train other staff and ensure compliance with all safety standards and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct servicing and inspection of aircraft systems

• Handle pre/post flight inspection and support tasks

• Fly in support of maintenance and deployment operations

• Clean and secure work areas after tasks

• Provide supervision and training to team members

Requirements:

• Graduate with Aircraft Maintenance Engineer license

• Minimum 3 years in aviation maintenance

• Extensive knowledge of aircraft and special tools

• Eligible for Canadian Controlled Goods Program

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License needed
