Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer with experience in automation and integration testing to support ERP and Azure-based automation solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating document processing workflows, ERP integrations, APIs, and automation logic to ensure high-quality, reliable solutions.
The role requires strong analytical abilities, a structured testing approach, and experience validating complex business workflows involving APIs, cloud services, and document extraction systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, create, and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for automation and integration projects.
Validate document processing workflows involving Azure Document Intelligence.
Test PDF extraction accuracy and verify mapping against business requirements.
Perform API testing for REST-based integrations.
Validate JSON request and response structures.
Test Power Automate workflows and business process automation logic.
Verify data flow across Azure Functions, Blob Storage, and ERP systems.
Conduct functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
Identify, log, track, and verify defects until closure.
Work closely with developers and business teams for requirement clarification.
Analyze logs and troubleshoot issues during testing cycles.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
Maintain testing documentation and quality reports.

Required Technical Skills.

Must Have:
Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)

Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman
Strong understanding of JSON structures
Hands-on experience in integration testing
Experience in functional and regression testing
Strong logical and analytical skills
Experience validating PDF layouts and extracted data
Understanding of business workflow testing
Strong debugging and issue-analysis capability

Nice to have:
Basic knowledge of Azure services
Exposure to Azure Functions and Blob Storage
Exposure to Power Automate workflows
Knowledge of Azure Document Intelligence
Understanding of ERP systems (IFS ERP preferred)

Experience with test management and bug tracking tools

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

Experience Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
Hands-on experience with REST APIs and JSON validation
Experience testing integration or automation-based solutions
Exposure to cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure
