Front Office Assistant

As a Front Office Assistant, you will play an important role in creating a positive customer experience and helping our shop run smoothly. You will be one of the first points of contact for our customers, assisting with check-in and check-out, answering phone calls, providing repair updates, and connecting customers with service advisors when needed.

Your responsibilities will also include occasional parts pickups, light office cleaning, and helping with general office tasks to keep our front office organized, clean, and welcoming.

We are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, customer-focused, and comfortable communicating with customers both in person and over the phone. The ideal candidate is a team player who can stay organized, follow directions, and handle multiple tasks throughout the day. Previous automotive or office experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
