Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site Receptionist position based in Garden City, Receptionist will handle daily tasks such as answering calls, greeting clients, managing appointments, and performing general clerical duties, contributing to the smooth operation of the office. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment for clients are key responsibilities of this role.
Qualifications- Strong phone etiquette and ability to manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally
- Experience in receptionist duties, including scheduling and greeting clients
- Solid clerical skills, such as data entry, managing records, and maintaining office supplies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service skills, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and office equipment
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus
- Three years of experience as a receptionist
