We are seeking motivated, compassionate, and forward-thinking New Graduate Physical Therapists to join our growing Home Care team! We are hiring for our Long Island, Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan regions.
As a new grad at Metro, you’ll receive individualized mentorship, hands‑on learning opportunities, and the resources you need to confidently transition from student to practicing clinician. You’ll work in a supportive environment alongside skilled therapists, with a collaborative team that truly values your growth.
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York or eligible.
Responsibilities- Evaluates a patient's need for physical therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan.
- Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care.
- Instructs family members, PTA's, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques.
- Preferred
Certifications:
First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications.
- Get paired with a dedicated mentor and receive hands‑on training.
- No Experience Needed. No prior home‑care experience required — we'll give you the tools, training and support to succeed.
- 1‑Month Shadowing Period:
Start with a structured introductory month of shadowing before transitioning to independent treatment. - 1:1 Care & Manageable Caseload:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000.. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job‑related qualifications, and geography. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
