About You
We are seeking an experienced matrimonial and family law attorney who is ready to contribute meaningfully to a high-quality boutique practice. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of experience, strong courtroom capability, including first chair experience, and a professional style that builds trust with high-net-worth clients.
What We Are Looking For
- Licensed and in good standing with the New York Bar Association
- 10+ plus years of litigation experience, preferably in family law
- Experience handling hearings and trials as first chair
- Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
- A genuine interest in the business side of running a law firm
- A long term mindset and commitment to supporting the firm’s continued growth
This role is designed for litigators who want strong earning potential without sacrificing balance.
- Base salary starting at $160,000+, with final compensation determined by experience
- Open ended earning potential through case origination bonuses and performance-based bonuses
30 hour per week billable expectation, structured to support sustainable, high quality practice - A book of business is welcomed and rewarded, but not required
- 401(k) with 3–6% firm match
- CLEs and bar association membership provided
- Hybrid work arrangement available
- Vacation time is respected and protected with advance planning so time away is truly time off
