This position is at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is the employer and handles all employment matters.

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure high Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald's standards, and monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to facilitate smooth transition.
• Assist Departments in meeting their goals and targets during your shift.
• Ensure food safety, inventory management, daily maintenance, quality food production, excellent customer service, safety and security protocols, scheduling, and training.

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• Passion for working in a fast-paced McDonald's environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
