Flynn Group, the largest Applebee’s franchisee, operates over 460 Applebee’s restaurants in 24 states. The Host/Server Assistant plays a vital role in welcoming guests, assisting staff, and ensuring efficient flow of service.

• Greet guests at the door with a warm welcome and smile.
• Assist servers in delivering exceptional service.
• Maintain overall guest flow of the restaurant.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, service bar, and kitchen.
• Follow physical standards: remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours; safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds; wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks, and use disinfectant supplies and hand soap throughout the shift.
