• Plan, prepare and develop project estimates
• Manage client communications, service issue resolution, project management
• Create blueprints and portfolios for customers
• Organize, facilitate and lead to solve customer problems or concerns
• Create scopes of work for landscape installation teams
• Negotiate contracts and enhancements
• Earn new work through referrals from the existing customer base
• Responsible for maximizing work opportunities and achieving sales that meet goals

• Great communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Possess strong mathematical and grammatical skills
• Demonstrates ability to lead and follow instructions
• Advanced computer skills and database knowledge
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
• Capable of passing a pre‑employment drug screening and background check
