General Laborer; Asphalt Crew

Looking for a hands-on job where you can see the results of your work every day? Join our paving crew and help build the roads and infrastructure our communities depend on. We’re searching for reliable, hardworking team players who aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty and take pride in a job well done.

Help set up and clean up job sites before and after paving projects

Use hand and power tools (shovels, rakes, brooms, compactors, etc.)

Load and unload materials and equipment

Assist with asphalt placement, shoveling, raking, and spreading materials

Direct traffic to keep crew members and the public safe

Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment

Follow all safety procedures and work closely with your crew

Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions

Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and handle physically demanding work

Willingness to work overtime, some Saturdays, and occasional night shifts

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Dependable, safety-focused attitude

Ability to pass background and drug screening (as required by regulations)

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
