Family Practice - OB Physician

Position: Family Practice - With OB Physician
EMR Required Training:
Module (learn lessons) Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training.
EMR Virtual training Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Virtual training must be completed before the provider s first day and is only available Mon-Fri for scheduling.

Mandated Requirements   Board Certification FMOB -  Required or Truly Board Eligible (0-5 years of residency completion)
Active KS License -  Highly Preferred, open to willing to obtain license.
Active BLS -  Required
Active DEA -  Required
Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date -  Required
Candidates must detail at time of name clear, if they have had any additional fetal monitoring continuing education in the past 4 years -  Required
Clean Malpractice  HIGHLY PREFERRED
