Production Manager
Empirical Foods seeks a production supervisor to oversee start-up, active production, and daily clean-up efforts in our facility. You will train staff, enforce safety and quality standards, and support R&D and pilot runs as needed. Expected to lead by example, manage personnel records, and ensure accurate log-keeping for shifts.
Minimum 1 year of plant production experience; high school diploma or equivalent. Weekend work may be required; equal opportunity employer.
